I do not take or bill insurance directly. I am considered an out-of-network provider for many insurance plans; it is your responsibility to check with your insurance company if you wish to seek out-of-network coverage. Upon request, I can provide a bill for submission to your insurance.

Be aware that many insurance plans do not cover couples counseling or sex therapy, due to the non-medical (aka 'V') code diagnosis of relational distress. If one partner has a medical diagnosis (such as anxiety or depression) and therapy directly treats that condition, your insurance may cover couples counseling.
